How many hours a week do I need to dedicate to this path?

ESTIMATE ABOUT 2 HOURS PER WEEK FOR THE VIDEO + PRACTICES

Everyone's journey will be different. You could take 4 days, or 4 weeks exploring the 4 parts of the path.  Overall, this is a gentle journey, designed to fit snugly in your day-to-day life. Many of the practices will use your normal, everyday activities as a basis for practicing mindfulness. This is about bringing your practice INTO your daily life. 

 

There are no time limits here

You may take as long as you wish.
